Abstract

The main objective of the paper is to examine selected communicative processes that occur in the space of the Polish high school classroom with reference to some elements of knowledge transfer which is managed by Polish high school teachers. The aforementioned space is perceived in this paper as one of the subspaces of the Polish high school viewed as an institution. As schools and business organisations may be assumed to share some characteristics, this paper will demonstrate the idea of knowledge transfer in business organisations and juxtapose the latter with schools approached as educational institutions. The model that will be selected to examine some aspects of knowledge transfer underlain by a set of communicative processes is the Trispherical Model of Beauty by Puppel (2012). Accordingly, the research part will make an attempt to analyse the application of selected elements of knowledge transfer by Polish high school teachers and the communicative behaviours that constitute the background for the aforementioned process in relation to the basic assumptions of the Trispherical Model of Beauty.

Key words: Communicative processes; Space of the Polish high school classroom; Knowledge transfer; Communicative behaviours of Polish high school teachers; Trispherical Model of Beauty.
