The main purpose of this article is to perform a linguocultural analysis of phraseological meanings in the English, Kazakh and Russian languages. The methodology of this scientific research is based on a combination of methods of systematic research such as induction, deduction and comparative analysis, applying the main features of linguistic and cultural analysis of phraseological units used in the English, Kazakh and Russian languages. The results indicate the presence of broad expressive capabilities in the English, Kazakh and Russian languages and clearly demonstrate the similarity of these languages in the verbal expression of various aspects that are important in the context of assessing the reflection of the cultural traditions of a nation in the established forms of its language. The results and conclusions of this scientific study are essential for understanding the features of the construction and semantic meaning of phraseological units found in various languages, as well as from the point of view of identifying cultural information that is significant for individual social groups and is fixed in stable language forms, i.e., fixed phrases.
